Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Think Tank Live will refund 50% of event registration’s fees/cost cancelled 14 business days before the date of the event. We do not provide full refunds of event registration fees or cost.
Cancellations must be in writing, by fax, email or postal mail. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another person 48 hours prior to the event by providing authorization to us at info@thinktanklive.com. Paid attendees who do not attend or who cancel after the deadline are liable for the entire fee.
Think Tank Live is not responsible for acts of God, nature, war, union or labor disputes or other events out of our control, and will not be able to issue refunds in the improbable occurrence of an event under this clause.
Complimentary passes are not transferable.
PHOTOGRAPHY, RECORDING & VIDEO TAPING:
Sessions may be photographed, recorded and/or video taped by IM Think Tank. By your attendance, you give IM Think Tank permission to be photographed, recorded or videotaped and agree to the public display and/or sale of the photographs, recordings and/or videotapes. Personal recording or videotaping of any kind during the event is prohibited.
