I.M. Think Tank is pleased and privileged to serve as a resource to the press community to 1) provide subject matter experts for interviews and quotes on emerging digital marketing business strategy and leadership topics, 2) allow access to our speakers for pre-conference interviews during the 2-6 weeks prior to our events, 3) access to speakers, attendees and viewing of program content at our live events and 4) guest articles, potential webinars and appearances with your business partners.

Media outlets are also eligible to become media sponsors of events, please inquire for details.
Event press passes are available to editorial staff writers employed by a trade publications, business journals, newspapers  (circulation 10,000 and above), radio stations, local and national television and cable outlets. Subject to space restrictions freelance writers or contributing editors, may request press passes if the event is being covered for a specific publication or topic-related article. Highly established bloggers may also apply. Please note that the deadline for press pass requests is one week prior to the event date. If approved, media members are required to present press credentials and their business card on the date of the event.

Please note: By accepting a press pass, the recipient agrees to abide by I.M. Think Tank’s Press Policy. Our events are not public. Press pass holders may be asked to leave at any time, for any reason, including violating the following protocol:

Media members must identify themselves as media at all times to event participants. That includes, but is not limited to:

• Wearing a press badge (easily visible)

• During Q&A, first introducing yourself as (your name), reporting for X publication, then asking your question.

• During interviews, formal or informal, with speakers and/or attendees

• At the registration desk, lunch and networking sessions

Video and tape recording is forbidden, without prior speaker consent. Media members agree not to pass information to conference-producing divisions of their companies.
